I have promised to write you all a poem
But I am not quite sure where to start
Having been here for a couple of weeks
You have all really touched my heart.
Yes I have shed a few soft tears
They were only because of your kindness and care
No one could have looked after me better
And all other patients in need; you are there.
You keep everyone active as much as you can
You organise entertainment, that is your plan
Thank you all for the love and care I have had
God be with you all, and I am a bit sad
Thank you so much for taking time out to meet myself and Jayne yesterday afternoon which was greatly appreciated.
There is a magical spirit in the home and it was lovely to see the interaction going on with the residents, it is apparent that you are very well thought of. The other two homes we have seen in our view do not portray a homely or inclusive atmosphere.

I wish to convey my sincere thanks to May Beal and all the staff at Northleach Court. All the staff showed unfailing kindness and professionalism. The home is run by an organised manager and dedicated staff that really care. I am very grateful to all of the lovely staff who looked after my father, John.
I would like to commend the home for records that are clear and concise. The team are able to identify required information and quickly identify a residents history and how they are at the time. Well done.
